1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Print-on-demand and custom items may require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
2. Shipping Methods We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)
Shipping options and rates are calculated based on your location, order weight, and selected carrier.
3. Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination address
- Total order weight
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a specified threshold during promotional periods.
4. Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Delivery times vary by location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
5. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:
- Customs duties and import taxes
- Additional processing delays
- Longer delivery times (typically 10–21 business days)
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
6. Multiple Fulfillment Partners Rustic Quarters sources products from multiple vendors and fulfillment partners, including:
- Printful: print-on-demand items
- Vendor partners: curated home décor products
If your order contains items from multiple fulfillment locations, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
7. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by contacting us at sales@rusticquarters.com.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Provide your order number and photos of any damage
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary
9. Address Changes Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before shipment.
10. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
11. Holidays and Delays Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak seasons and holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
