RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Print-on-demand items (unless defective or damaged)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
4. How to Start a Return Email us at sales@rusticquarters.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@rusticquarters.com.
7. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
9. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we may have already begun processing or fulfillment.
